iHome faced challenges with user experience (UX) inconsistencies across their digital platforms. The task was to identify areas where users were getting lost and to implement improvements for both desktop and mobile interfaces.
Through detailed research using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics, we pinpointed user journey pain points and redesigned the UI to ensure consistency. By refining elements such as filters, color pickers, and menus, we enhanced user engagement and navigational ease, leading to increased time spent on the site and higher checkout rates.
